Versabar completes Balam-A topsides installation offshore Mexico

HOUSTON– Versabar has completed the installation of the 2,850-ton topsides for the Balam-A wellhead platform in the Bay of Campeche for PEMEX.
Following a four-day tow from Sabine Pass, Texas, Versabar’s first project in Mexico was completed in less than four hours with its twin gantry heavy-lift vessel theVB 10000.
The company was hired by the primary contractor Protexa to install the topsides.
