SAN DONATO MILANESE, Italy – Saipem has secured a front-end engineering and design (FEED) services contract for the INPEX-operated Ichthys LNG development offshore northwest Australia.
The FEED covers a booster compression module (BCM) that INPEX plans to install on the central processing facility Ichthys Explorer.
The scope of work comprises the BCM front-end engineering and includes the option to provide a lump sum price to execute the full EPC scope from detailed design through to fabrication and load out.
