More South Pars platforms shipped out of Iran yard

TEHRAN, Iran – Loading operations have finished for two new platforms for the South Pars Phase 13 development in the Persian Gulf, according to news service Shana.
Both were built at the Iran Marine Industrial Company (SADRA) yard for project operator National Iranian Oil Co.
NIOC official Payam Motamed said the 13A main platform and 13C satellite platform both weighed around 2,500 metric tons (2,756 tons), and were loaded simultaneously on a FLB124 barge using a ‘push/pull’ method.
The two facilities are designed to produce 28.4 MMcm/d of sour gas.
