Offshore staffOSLO, Norway – The semisub Borgland Dolphin is completing drilling operations on the Breiflabb prospect in the Norwegian North Sea. According to partner Rocksource the well, in license PL 416, did not encounter hydrocarbons. E.ON Ruhrgas is operator of the license, the other partner being Det norske oljeselskap. 07/18/2011
