    Shelf Middle East rig contract to end 15 months early

    Shelf Drilling has agreed to cut short the contract end date for the jackup Shelf Drilling Mentor from January 2022 to October 2020.

    DUBAI, UAE – Shelf Drilling has agreed to cut short the contract end date for the jackup Shelf Drilling Mentor from January 2022 to October 2020.

    The contract, for work in the Middle East, began in early 2018.

    The LT Super 116 E design rig will now be available for other drilling programs from early October onwards.
