LONDON — Serica Energy has appointed Chris Cox CEO, effective July 1, with David Latin (chairman of Serica) ceasing his temporary role as interim CEO at the same time.
Cox has more than 40 years of experience in oil and gas. His previous roles over the past two decades include Spirit Energy CEO, Capricorn Energy interim CEO and Kellas Midstream chairman. He also has experience as a non-executive director of both private equity and publicly listed companies, most recently with Nostrum Oil and Gas.
