HOUSTON -- INTEC Engineering has appointed Edward M. Smith as CEO. Smith replaces Bruce Crager.
Smith has led a number of construction projects and operations including the Trans Alaska Pipeline System, the Russian/Kazakh Caspian Pipeline Consortium, and the Trans-Caspian Gas Pipeline project.
