NEW ORLEANS– Dean Taylor, president and CEO of Tidewater Inc., will retire as an executive officer on May 31, 2012. Taylor will remain on the board of directors, and serve as Tidewater's non-executive chairman of the board.
Jeffrey M. Platt will succeed Taylor as president and CEO. Jeffrey A. Gorski will succeed Platt as executive vice president and COO.
