ESSEN, Germany – The European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) has elected Dr. Dirk Orlowsky as president.
As president, his work will focus on transforming EAGE via a five-year strategy that prioritizes globalization and multi-disciplinary activities; membership and careers; create a one-stop-shop for knowledge resource and transfer; attracting support from the broader geosciences industry; achieving recognition within the European Union; and furthering understanding and engagement from the public.
