HAMILTON, Bermuda – Seadrill Ltd. has promoted Stuart Jackson from CFO to CEO.
He succeeds Anton Dibowitz, who will remain as an advisor to the company until the end of 1Q 2021.
The company has also divided the role and responsibilities of the CFO into two new roles: Grant Creed will become chief restructuring officer and Neil Gilliver will become chief accounting officer.
