Heap & Partners trunnion mounted ball valve is an in-house development named Phase, which covers a range of Soft and Metal seated Side Entry ball valves for the oil and gas market.

BIRKENHEAD, UK — Heap & Partners has designed and manufactured 12 of its Phase trunnion ball valves for a Serica Energy maintenance campaign this year at the Bruce Field facilities in the UK North Sea.
The 16-inch valves were the largest produced by the company to date, weighing just under four metric tons.
Some were actuated packages for emergency shutdown duty, adapted for deployment on the Bruce platform located 340 km northeast of Aberdeen.
