TSC Renewables, KenzFigee sign technology license agreement for gangways

TSC Renewables, a wholly owned subsidiary of CMIC, and KenzFigee have agreed on a technology license agreement of the KenzFigee developed 3D Active Motion Compensated gangway system.

ZAANDAM, the Netherlands —TSC Renewables, a wholly owned subsidiary of CMIC, and KenzFigee have agreed on a technology license agreement of the KenzFigee developed 3D Active Motion Compensated (AMC) gangway system.
This agreement is a result and part of the recently signed strategic cooperation agreement between KenzFigee and CMIC enabling CMIC to manufacture, market and sell gangway systems based on the KenzFigee developed 3D AMC gangway systems as well as to further improve and upgrade the system based on market demands.
Through this agreement, CMIC will be able to offer high-end 3D AMC gangway technology and meet the demand in the rapidly emerging market for offshore renewable energy products for offshore wind farms, wind turbine installation vessels and service operation vessels in China and internationally.
