Josh Kaplowitz has served as senior counsel with Locke Lord since January 2024.
He is also an adjunct professor of law with the George Washington University Law School, a position he has held since 2022.
His previous roles include vice president of offshore wind with American Clean Power Association (ACP) and senior counsel of US offshore wind with GE Renewable Energy.
