LEIDEN, the Netherlands – Tritanium Co BV has introduced SkillsXP V8.0, a software application to facilitate and manage workforce training and competence reporting designed for offshore oil and gas operations.
The primary role of SkillsXP is to improve the efficiency of work processes and remove inappropriate training- and competency-related activities, the company says. The ability to determine and analyze future requirements affords more scope for improving the co-ordination of training programs, making it possible to avoid the high costs of ad-hoc instruction and evaluation.
