PARIS – STAPEM Offshore has acquired ROV services specialist Film-Ocean, which owns and operates a fleet of ROVs that operate in the offshore oil and gas and other markets.
General manager Jean-Marc Gerber said: “Film-Ocean provides a hugely exciting opportunity for STAPEM Offshore, enabling our customers to benefit from increased resources, shared knowledge, and enhanced innovation potential.”
