ABERDEEN, UKReflex Marine has recently unveiled its new four-person personnel-transfer FROG-XT4 unit in Stavanger, Norway. This FROG-XT4 unit provides greater comfort and safety to passengers, wider operating parameters, and higher-capacity transfers than its predecessor, says Reflex Marine.

The new FROG-XT4 has a smaller footprint and more compact design, making it easy to store and cheaper to ship. Its lifting points are now at eye level, making it easier to access and to inspect for safety before each transfer. The new stretcher mounting system makes the unit capable of being deployed quickly in medical-evacuation situations. This FROG-XT4 also meets the newly released NORSOK R-002 standard provisions as they relate to personnel transfer carriers.
