Island Oil and Gas expects to start new drilling campign offshore Ireland, following successful fund-raising effort.

(Europe) - Island Oil and Gas has successfully raised $8.3 million through the issue of new shares.
The new funds will be used to support the company's planned three-well drilling program offshore Ireland next year, for which it has already contracted the semisubmersiblePetrolia.
