Valeura confirms operating position in three offshore Thailand licenses

Valeura Energy has completed its license transaction in the Gulf of Thailand acquisition, first announced last December.

CALGARY, Canada  Valeura Energy has completed its license transaction in the Gulf of Thailand acquisition, first announced last December.

Via its subsidiary, Valeura Energy Asia, the company now has a 100% operated interest in license B5/27 containing the Jasmine and Ban Yen oil fields; a 90% operated interest in G11/48 containing the Nong Yao oil field; and a 70% operated share of G1/48, which includes the Manora oil field.
