ABU DHABI, UAE – Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) and Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services (RVOS) have agreed to form a joint venture serving the offshore sector in Saudi Arabia.

RVOS has a fleet of more than 40 offshore vessels. BSM will use the partnership, announced at the ADIPEC exhibition, to provide crew, technical, and additional ship management services as an in-Kingdom supplier.

In turn, RVOS will gain access to global markets through BSM’s international presence, and to its pool of offshore crews. It will also be able to deploy the IT developed by BSM subsidiary MariApps for ship management.

BSM provides services for FPSOs, anchor handling vessels, supply vessels and flotels for the oil and gas industry, and service operation vessels for renewable energy industries.
