HOUSTON – KBR has acquired Frazer-Nash Consultancy from Babcock International Group.
Frazer-Nash provides systems engineering, systems assurance and technology to the energy and other sectors, mainly in the UK and Australia.
KBR sees the acquisition as part of its strategy to deliver digitally-enabled solutions to customers and governments worldwide. Frazer-Nash is said to provide expertise in systems engineering, data science, cyber, and clean energy.
