ABERDEEN, UK – PD&MS Group has acquired Glasgow-based consultancy Synergie Environ Ltd. (SEL) to support its decarbonization growth plans.
SEL has helped drive solutions to cut carbon consumption and cost for industries including energy, power generation and storage.
It has supported more than 500 businesses achieve a cumulative carbon reduction estimated at over 1 MM metric tons (1.1 MM tons) of CO2.
PD&MS recently secured a contract from Montrose Port Authority to repurpose the latter’s 50-m (164-ft) communications mast for the Seagreen offshore wind farm off the coast of Angus, eastern Scotland.
Over the past 18 months, the company’s renewables team has also completed projects such as mast decommissioning for Scotland’s Moray East offshore wind farm and other wind and solar FEED, engineering and construction scopes.
