NEWCASTLE, UK – Chrysaor has contracted 3t Energy Group to manage the training of its entire UK workforce using the latest digital learning technologies.
The contract will run for an initial three years with an option to extend for a further two.
The contract provided via Survivex will provide a complete workforce management solution for Chrysaor’s 1,500 onshore and offshore personnel by leveraging the capabilities of the 3t Energy Group including 3t Transform and AIS Training.
As well as traditional training in safety critical areas such as offshore survival, emergency response and crisis management, it will include 3t Transform’s cloud-based software systems and digital learning technologies such as eLearning, virtual reality and micro-learning tools to plan, organize and track training, while increasing knowledge retention and employee engagement for Chrysaor.
