Offshore staff
BERGEN, Norway – Shearwater GeoServices will start acquiring the first of three 4D seismic surveys offshore Norway during 2Q for Equinor.
These will be over the Kvitebjørn, Valemon, and Visund fields in the North Sea and the Snøhvit fields in the Barents Sea.
Shearwater plans to deploy theAmazon Conqueror and SW Amundsen vessels for the campaign, which should take three months to complete.
The vessels will employ the company’s multi-component Isometrix technique for 3D de-ghosting.
