STAVANGER, Norway – The 577-ton H25 module to receive production from DEA Norge’s Dvalin field in the Norwegian Sea was due to be transported to Statoil’s host Heidrun platform.
Early last week the module was moved 300 m (984 ft) from the North Sea Hall to the quayside at Aibel’s yard in Haugesund, Norway, following a nine-month fabrication phase.
The module was due to sail initially to Mekjarvik outside Stavanger where it would be loaded onto a Saipem heavy-lift vessel ahead of transportation to the platform for installation.
