STRAUME, Norway – Reservoir/well engineering group AGR has a frame agreement to support assets offshore Norway owned by Norwegian E&P company OKEA.
The latter was formed late last year, with a declared goal of unlocking value in fallow (conventional) oil and gas discoveries with the support of service companies.
AGR says the partnership will pursue cost-effective development solutions to bring discoveries into production.
