Havtil authorizes use of North Sea Tyrving subsea structures

Aker BP has permission from Havtil to use new subsea facilities at the Tyrving Field in the central Norwegian North Sea.

Aker BP has permission from the Norwegian Ocean Industry Authority (Havtil) to use new subsea facilities at the Tyrving Field in the central Norwegian North Sea.

Tyrving comprises the Trine and Trell discoveries, 5 km apart in 120 m water depth. Both are tied back to the Alvheim Field center, 20 km to the west.

Production from the horizontal wells is due to start in 2025.
