STAVANGER, Norway—Neptune Energy has awarded TechnipFMC a technical service agreement in Norway.
This builds on an existing contract optimized to suit Neptune’s forthcoming needs.
TechnipFMC will provide engineering, studies and technical services, including offshore installation and operational support for Neptune’s new developments and producing fields.
Erik Oppedal, Neptune’s director of projects and engineering in Norway, highlighted the collaboration on the company’s current Fenja, Duva and Gjøa P1 field projects.
The new arrangement could run for more than five years.
