Prosafe wins work for two offshore support rigs

Prosafe has negotiated firm contracts for two of its offshore accommodation support semisubmersibles:

• The Safe Caledonia should start operations next June for Ithaca Energy at the Captain oil field in central UK North Sea.
• Another rig currently based in the North Sea area, Safe Boreas, will mobilize to Australia next spring.

In addition, Safe Concordia’s contract has been extended through the final two months of the options, plus an additional two-month extension.

Safe Scandinavia is laid up in Norway.
