Offshore staff
STRAUME, Norway – Vryhof subsidiary Deep Sea Mooring (DSM) has signed a multi-year agreement with Diamond Offshore.
The company will provide mooring and associated equipment to various Diamond rigs and the two will work on further developing Diamond’s Mooring Integrity Management System (MIMS) for offshore operations.
MIMS covers procurement standards, inspection and maintenance standards, certification requirements, risk exposure and protocols, design and assessment standards, and operational practice.
Diamond Offshore operates 13 semis and four dynamically positioned drillships. Aside from mooring equipment DSM will provide engineering and rig services.
