ABERDEEN, UK — Shell subsidiaries BG Delta and BG International have awarded Stena Drilling a new contract for use of the Stena Forth MODU in the Egyptian sector of the Mediterranean Sea.

The program will start later this year, after the rig has completed current contractual commitments. The rig will drill three wells using a managed-pressure drilling (MPD) system supplied by Stena Drilling.
