CSM takes on Atlantic Marine offshore support fleet

GIBRALTAR – Castle Ship Management (CSM) has assumed control of operations formerly managed by Atlantic Marine Offshore in the UK.
CSM took its decision following a court ruling to proceed with a restructuring of the business in Gibraltar and the UK.
Castle Ship Management Gibraltar will now operate as Castle Ship Group, with Castle Ship Technical Management UK responsible for the operational and technical support formerly provided by Atlantic Marine.
In turn, Castle Ship Group will hold and operate the vessels Atlantic Enterprise, Atlantic Tonjer and Atlantic Discovery, along with the Boulder Clearance iRake and iGrab subsea equipment facilities.
Steven Knight, CEO of CSM Group, said plans include investments in existing vessels and expansion of the management team to better support client needs.
The group is seeking to raise funds for further investment and development of its fleet for the global offshore sector.
