Andrew Stafford

Andrew Stafford joined Trelleborg Marine and Infrastructure in 2003 as a design engineer, playing a pivotal role in developing ship-to-shore link (SSL) systems and components for LNG carriers and FSRU vessels, significantly advancing data communication capabilities. In 2012, he transitioned to the role of technical director, spearheading innovations in LNG fueling and SSL/emergency shutdown systems to address the industry's evolving demands. 

Widely regarded as a thought leader in his field, he actively participates in key industry organizations, including the Society for Gas as a Marine Fuel and the American Society for Testing and Materials. His expertise is frequently sought after at international conferences, where he shares forward-thinking insights on emerging technologies and solutions shaping the future of maritime engineering.
