Peel Ports Great Yarmouth will host pre-assembly and load-out of the wind turbines for ScottishPower Renewables’ East Anglia TWO offshore wind farm in the UK southern North Sea.
Located on England’s east coast, Peel Ports Great Yarmouth is a multi-purpose 24/7 port that handles supplies for the offshore energy, decommissioning, steel, project cargoes and other markets.

Peel Ports Great Yarmouth will host pre-assembly and load-out of the wind turbines for ScottishPower Renewables’ East Anglia TWO offshore wind farm in the UK southern North Sea.
Under a reservation agreement, the Siemens Gamesa turbine components and sections will undergo assembly at the site on the south Norfolk coast before installation 33 km offshore the Suffolk coast.
East Anglia TWO‘s 64 turbines will have a combined generating capacity of up to 960 MW. Shore construction is due to start in 2027, with the wind farm set to start operations in 2028.
