EDS HV Group, a subsidiary of James Fisher Renewables, is providing HV Voltage specialist personnel and associated safety management services at the Formosa 2 offshore wind farm in Taiwan.
This is a joint development between JERA, Macquarie’s Green Investment Group (GIG) and Swancor Renewable Energy, with GIG supported by its portfolio company, Corio Generation.
Once complete, the project will generate 376 MW of renewable electricity.
EDS is supporting management of the high voltage network and the electrical safety during the construction and commissioning phase, followed by transitional support to wind farm operations.
