LONDON – Carbon reduction/removal specialists Storegga and Sval Energi are assessing joint opportunities for carbon storage on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS).
They aim to secure CO2 storage licenses on the shelf.
Storegga is lead developer of the Acorn carbon capture and storage project in northeast Scotland, while Stavanger-based Sval, as an E&P company, brings subsurface knowledge of the NCS.
