PTTEP Mexico E&P has agreed to sell its 16.67% interest in the Block 29 (2.4) Project offshore Mexico to Repsol Exploracion Mexico.
The transfer should go through by the end of the year, subject to conditions.
Block 29 (2.4), in the southern part of Gulf of Mexico, is in the exploration phase.
