PETRODIVE and Seatech Engineering Maintenance SDN BHD have signed a commercial collaboration agreement (CCA) that aims to advance commercial diving operations in Sabah, Malaysia.
PETRODIVE says the primary goal of this agreement is to contribute to the Sabah region’s oil and gas development efforts through cooperation with various stakeholders.
Both companies will establish a consultative framework to collaboratively develop underwater operations for the benefit of the state and the nation.
Seatech Managing Director Jérôme Grandchamp said, "This new CCA is in line with our strategic vision of enhancing our pipeline and subsea capabilities in the region to meet the current industry requirements and the expected larger projects in the future."
PETRODIVE's operational focus spans across Africa and South America. Stéphane Troté, the company's CEO, added, "The signing of this agreement signals a new phase in expanding PETRODIVE's commercial diving activities in the Asia-Pacific region."
