Serica Energy has issued an update on the newly drilled B6 well on the Bittern field in the central UK North Sea.
The well, which started flowback to the Triton FPSO on Sept. 11, is now producing at a stable rate of about 8,000 boe/d.
Drilling and completion activities have also finished on the Gannet GE-05 well in the same sector, with first production expected around the start of November.
The COSL Innovator semisub is preparing to spud the next well in the current campaign on the Guillemot NW field.
