RICHMOND UPON THAMES, UK – Target Engineering Construction Co. has contracted Penspen to provide slug catcher replacement support on ADNOC Offshore’s Zirku Island in UAE.
The contract, connected to production from the offshore Satah oil field, involves replacing existing slug catchers at the Zirku Satah plant with new ones cladded with a corrosion-resistant nickel super alloy.
It includes modifications to associated pipelines, instrumentation and control systems, electrical, civil and structural works.
Penspen will perform detailed engineering services with a review of processes, loss prevention/technical safety, mechanical, piping, instrumentation and control, civil and structural, electrical and corrosion/materials.
