(US, GoM) – Chevron'sTyphoon TLP has been deployed as an artificial reef in Eugene Island block 367 in around 350 ft of water.
The TLP was ripped from its moorings last year when Hurricane Rita blasted through the Gulf. The floater was installed in Green Canyon block 237 in 2,000 ft of water.
According to the Louisiana Department of Wildlife & Fisheries, the minimum clearance from the reefed structure to the water line is approximately 193 ft.
