Seadrill has taken its first tender rig assignment in the Americas.
Offshore staff HAMILTON, Bermuda – Seadrill has taken its first tender rig assignment in the Americas. BP Trinidad and Tobago has signed a $140-million contract with a two-year plus a one year option for the newbuild semi-tender West Jaya.
The tender is due out of Keppel’s Singapore shipyard for delivery at the end of March 2011. It is expected in Trinidad and Tobago in early Julyk.
