Neptune secures casing supplies for offshore Norway wells

STAVANGER, Norway — Neptune Energy has awarded Tenaris a $100 million-plus, five-year contract to support drilling on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

The contract scope covers the manufacture, transport, handling and repair of casing materials, initially for one exploration well and one appraisal well in the Gjøa area in the North Sea this year.

There is potential for 2x2-year extension options.
