Shell has awarded Kent a three-year enterprise framework agreement to provide commissioning and start-up services for various offshore and onshore projects.
These include oil, gas and renewable energy.
Kent’s team will support the portfolio while implementing its commissioning processes, systems and tools throughout the campaigns, including the company’s Commissionability software.
The work should help Shell improve performance metrics by eliminating outcome variability related to commissioning readiness and execution, Kent said, while also optimizing the start-up schedule and reliability of new facilities.
