Talos makes organizational updates to its leadership team

HOUSTON — Talos Energy has expanded its leadership team in connection with its acquisition of QuarterNorth Energy Inc.

Sergio Maiworm was promoted to executive vice president and will continue to serve as CFO. He was previously appointed senior vice president and CFO in July 2023. 

In connection with Talos's acquisition of QuarterNorth, Talos has appointed former QuarterNorth employees Jim Brysch vice president of marketing and Truitt Smith vice president of geosciences.

Francisco Noyola has been promoted to vice president – Mexico.

Clay Jeansonne joined Talos on April 1 as vice president of investor relations.

Lastly, John Parker, who previously served as executive vice president of new ventures, left the company April 24.
