TRONDHEIM, Norway-- Verdande Technology has appointed Bill McCall as chairman and Terje Eidsmo and Asle Jostein Hovda as directors. The company recently secured investment from Investinor, ProVenture, and Statoil Venture. Verdande Technology is now fully funded, and continues to work on existing contracts as well as seeking new opportunities with large oil and gas companies and other operators.
