Offshore staff
NEW ORLEANS -- Minerals Management Service has appointed Troy Trosclair as the MMS Gulf of Mexico Region's (GOMR) new deputy regional supervisor for District Operations, Field Operations.
Trosclair will supervise the region's five district offices located throughout the Gulf Coast and oversee several field operations functions including safety inspections, accident investigations, and drilling permits.
