DNV GL appoints board chairman

HØVIK, Norway – DNV GL has appointed Jon Fredrik Baksaas as chair of the board of director. He succeeds Leif-Arne Langøy, who has held the position since 2011.

Current board member Lasse Kristoffersen will take over as vice chair. In addition, Ingvild Sæther and Christian Venderby have also joined the board.

Also, Liselott Kilaas has decided not to stand for re-election to the board.
