Woodside Energy has awarded DeepOcean frame agreements to perform subsea inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) services at the newly onstream Sangomar oil field.

OSLO, Norway — Woodside Energy has awarded DeepOcean frame agreements to perform subsea inspection, maintenance and repair services at the newly onstream Sangomar oil field offshore Senegal.

The location is 100 km south of Dakar.

DeepOcean’s scope includes project management, engineering and intervention, underwater inspection of the FPSO (UWILD), and ROV operations.

The company will work with local partner Teranga Oil and Gas Services.

DeepOcean’s subsidiary Searov Offshore will work with a team at the company’s office in Séte, France, and with Teranga to plan and execute the services.

Sangomar’s permanently moored FPSO is connected to a network of 24 subsea wells and associated subsea systems such as in-line tees, manifolds, flowlines and risers, flowline-end terminals, and umbilicals.
