SCHIEDAM, the Netherlands – Huisman has delivered two heavy-lift mast cranes for Spliethoff’s newbuild heavy lift vessel Brouwersgracht, each with a lifting capacity of 500 metric tons (551 tons).
The vessels are designed for heavy lift transportation and offshore installations.
According to Huisman, features of its mast cranes include low weight, high capacity, optimization of free deck space and vessel stability during (off)loading.
In tandem configuration, the two cranes can be operated by a single operator.
