Celanese has opened the Houston Technology Center (HTC) for its emulsion polymers and polyvinyl alcohol businesses.

DALLAS -- Celanese has opened the Houston Technology Center (HTC) for its emulsion polymers and polyvinyl alcohol businesses. The 31,200-sq ft (2899-sq m) facility will house the company's R&D and technical services groups. It includes analytical and application testing laboratories for industrial and consumer products.
